A great underwater video from Andy Stuart who has made some of the best videos submerged off the Connemara coast. This is of the wreck of the Julia T, a 30m. coaster that sank here in a most convenient spot. She lies in very reachable depths, her wheelhouse roof at 21m and her prop at 27m.

A Brazen Hussy
The long lasting gales of May gave up in protest of June arriving so for a few days we had calm waters. Some very good fishing from the Brazen Hussy last week and this. Monday 11 species, 300 cwt of fish, Wednesday afternoon 6 species and 100 cwt of fish caught, Saturday proved to be a very good day with 12 species of fish and some particularly large pollack weighing from 8 to 9.5 lbs. Several good Ling up to 7 lbs., and a selection of Cod, Coleys, Cuckoo Wrasse, Balin Wrasse, Pouting, Red Gurnard, Mackerel, Sea Cucumber and an irritated Octopus amongst those brought on board. Total weight of catch was just over 5 cwt. per the 11 rods on the boat, a busy and very productive day.
